Example: For the general body treatment - Important use every day: Start with switch 4 only for 30 min up to one hour. Then change to only switch setting 5 for an additional 30 min up to one hour. Then continue with switch setting 3+5 only again for 30 min up to one hour, followed by the last switch setting 3+6 for 30 min. up to one hour. Repeat above alternating treatment at the second point of application, the nape of the neck. Repeat both application two to three times daily. For application points consult the body diagram sheet.
Attention: The BIO MEDICI magnetic therapy device should not be used by persons with heart pacemakers, by pregnant women, or after myocardial infarction. Caution is also advised in those cases where your symptoms should first be examined by a doctor or when additional treatment is required which must not be delayed.
Please note: The BIO MEDICI magnetic therapy device comes with a 9-Volt battery already installed, so it can be used immediately.
The BIO MEDICI is equipped with eight switches. The device is switched ON/OFF by means of switch. 8 (the furthest in the front of the device -to the right). The other seven switches are used to select the desired setting for the treatment program. Please consult the adjustment table showing the symptoms and the appropriate switch settings and application points.
First, please make sure which of the switch settings you wish to select to treat your particular symptom(s).
Important: Start with the "General Body Treatment "(see front-page example!) Exception: If you experience pain or when you want to treat a specific symptom! However, the General Body Treatment should be administered at least one time daily to normalize body functions.
For example, in the case of migraine, headaches you can select switches 4 or switch 3+5 (plus switch 8 for ON); or you can try switches 3+6 (plus switch 8 for ON). Migraine and headaches may have various causes, so if the settings just described do not produce the expected relief, it is advisable to try the treatment setting for pain acute /chronic. The underlying cause of the migraine or headaches may also be poor cerebral circulation, vascular spasms, muscular tension or stress (see Table).
A further example: An irritative cough can also be treated with the same setting as is used for emphysema, because the irritation may stem from the bronchia and experience has shown that in some cases coughs can also be treated in this way. But you can also use these settings for bronchial asthma. It is therefore important always to treat oneself using several different and additionally recommended ("then" / "or") settings one after the other.
When the word "then" is given between the switch numbers, this means, that treatment should commence only at the first setting indicated. Continue at this setting for 30 min. up to 1 hour, then change to the next switch setting indicated and continue for another 30 minutes up to one hour. If other switch settings are given, continue the treatment program by regularly changing to the next switch number indicated in the sequence. See, for example, the General Body Treatment shown below the Table. When the word "or" is used, this means that you should try both settings.
If you are not sure which setting is best for you do not hesitate to experiment with various possibilities. All the switch settings can be tried out without risk and without creating unwanted side effects. You will soon discover which is the best treatment setting for you.
The BIO MEDICI magnetic therapy device should be placed as close as possible to the point to be treated, but it does not have to be in contact with the skin. It is best, however, if the device is applied to the points indicated in the table. This will increase the success of the treatment. You should always use the BIO MEDICI magnetic therapy device in its pouch or insert the device in the
carrying tube
. The device should not have skin contact because of the body's humidity.
Try to relax! For optimum results, adopt a comfortable, resting position. However, treatment can also be administered while you are sitting down, watching TV, reading, working or while walking. In the case of sleeping disorders, the BIO MEDICI magnetic therapy device can be placed under the pillow during the night, or you can put it alongside you, as close as possible to the upper part of the body - solar plexus area ( see the Table for the settings -start with just switch 1 for insomnia or try switch 2 ).
The BIO MEDICI magnetic therapy device can be placed with either of its sides (front or back) against the point to be treated. The range of the biological treatment field extends for 20 cm ( 8 inches) in all directions.
The BIO MEDICI magnetic therapy device emits stimulating special biomagnetic impulses which penetrate the carrying tube and clothing.
Each of the application points given in the Table should be treated for at least 30 minutes (up to several hours), three times a day. As a preventive measure (and the general body treatment procedure has proved best in this respect ), you should wear the BIO MEDICI magnetic therapy device several times a day, for several hours; ideally, you should position it over the solar plexus and use the alternating settings. You can unhesitatingly use the BIO MEDICI magnetic therapy device for several hours each day and also while you sleep at night.
Important: You can also treat several symptoms one after the other by selecting the appropriate settings.
Relief from pain or symptoms may be obtained after just a few hours, and some types of pain may be relieved within just a few minutes. However, if the pain or symptoms of an illness have already persisted over a long period of time, the treatment cannot be expected to provide immediate relief. It may therefore take days or weeks of continuous treatment before a positive result is achieved. Experience has shown that in smokers the success of the treatment may be delayed.
During the course of treatment with the BIO MEDICI magnetic therapy device, it is important that you drink sufficient quantities of liquid (at least 4 glasses of spring or mineral water per day) so that accumulated harmful substances are more easily flushed out of your body - the therapy facilitates this process. Harmful substances which stress the body and makes us ill are nowadays present in all of us.
